Caroline Tade NMD

Dr. Tade


Hailing from the great state of Texas, Dr. Tade completed her undergraduate degree at Sweet Briar College in Virginia. Under the tissue culture hood, she discovered the healing power of nature and has been eagerly studying complementary therapies for cancer ever since.

In her time at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine here in Tempe, Arizona her studies focused on spinal manipulation, Applied Kinesiology, Endocrinology therapeutics for natural hormone balancing, chronic pain reduction techniques, cancer care and IV therapy. Dr. Tade has completed extensive additional training in UNDA biotherapeutic drainage, collaborative cancer care, ozone therapy and restorative injections.

In her spare time she loves to cook, hike, and play with her two rescue dogs, Chewy and Theodore. Dr. Tade loves to travel and is addicted to going to conferences to keep abreast of the latest and greatest in complementary and anti-aging medicine.
Jennifer Havens NMD

Dr. Havens


Dr. Havens is a naturopathic physician and clinical researcher, offering evidence-based, precision integrative cancer care to adult and pediatric patients, with advanced stage disease or limited therapeutic options.

Dr. Havens obtained her medical degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She completed internships in Integrative Medicine at Yale University in the Department of Pediatrics and at George Washington University in the Center for Integrative Medicine. She was awarded an NIH NRSA Fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, after which, she continued her clinical training as a resident in Naturopathic Oncology at City of Hope (formerly Cancer Treatment Centers of America) in Philadelphia. She also completed a breast surgical oncology internship at Ironwood Cancer and Research Center.

Prior to becoming a naturopathic physician, Dr. Havens received her doctoral training at the University of Virginia in the Department of Molecular and Cancer Biology. She then worked for the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs Administration developing infectious disease molecular diagnostics. Her background in cancer biology and genomics, coupled with her training as a naturopathic physician, uniquely enables her to use patient-specific genetic analysis to provide precision integrative cancer care for patients with stage IV disease.

Dr. Havens is also a certified mistletoe provider. She has particular interest in:
